Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, we’ll get it on its way to you as soon as we can! All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 working days. We’re committed to getting your products to you quickly, but please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on your location.
Next Day Delivery
Need your order faster? We’ve got you covered! For just a low price, we offer next-day delivery — just be sure to place your order before 11:00 am to make sure it arrives the next day. (It’s perfect for those last-minute pampering sessions!)
Returns & Refunds
At Bysazii, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. However, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing issue or defect with your items.
But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with store credit if anything isn’t right! If there’s an issue with your order, we ask that you reach out within 4 days of receiving your items. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll be happy to issue store credit for the value of the product(s).
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for returning the product to us for a credit to be issued. We just want to make sure everything you receive is perfect and exactly what you expect!
